Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking dedicated new graduates
to join our comprehensive Registered Nurse Residency program. Our
program is designed to bridge the gap between academic training and
real-world job responsibilities through a supportive learning
environment. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, facility-based
and home-based patient care through our extensive network.
Successful candidates will undergo a personalized orientation
program, gain hands-on experience, and develop essential skills
under the supervision of experienced professionals. Participate in
a structured residency program designed to educate and train on
practical nursing skills and theories. Provide direct and
individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of
scientific nursing principles. Monitor patient health and document
nursing care being administered. Assist in rehabilitation and
treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Ensure
the safety, comfort, and privacy of patients. Adapt to various
types of medical situations and needs through responsive and
considered nursing care. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare
setting Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to think critically and make decisions in high-pressure
situations Compassionate patient care with a strong emphasis on
quality and efficiency Adaptability to change and capacity for
quick learning Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic
Life Support (BLS) Certification
