Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation, a leader in integrated healthcare
services, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our
dynamic team. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality care
within our network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and home
health agencies. As a Registered Nurse, you will engage directly
with patients, providing both physical and psychological support,
administering treatments, and contributing to patient assessments
and care planning. You will play a critical role in our mission to
deliver comprehensive, personalized care, enhancing patient
outcomes and shaping better healthcare experiences. Administer
medications and treatments per physician orders. Conduct
comprehensive patient assessments to determine care needs.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and
implement personalized care plans. Educate patients and families on
health conditions and home care preparations. Monitor patient
progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Ensure compliance with
all healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their
families. Strong clinical skills with the ability to work in a
high-pressure environment Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficient in using medical software for patient care
management Ability to make decisions quickly and manage clinical
