Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a range of settings including rehabilitation, home health, and hospice. Participate in assessments and evaluations of patient needs and progress. Implement care plans and administer medications under the supervision of experienced nurses and doctors. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Engage in learning experiences during rotations across different departments and specialties. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all safety and health regulations. Strong clinical skills and understanding of patient care Effective communication and interpersonal skills Capability for thorough data documentation and management Knowledge of basic medical software and equipment Ability to work well under pressure and remain empathetic towards patients and their families Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Passed the NCLEX-RN exam Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS may be required for certain specializations
