Job Description:

Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our skilled team of healthcare
professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
dialysis treatment and patient care management. In this role, you
will be responsible for overseeing the dialysis treatment process,
educating patients and their families, and ensuring the highest
standards of care are maintained in our state-of-the-art outpatient
centers. Administering dialysis treatments to patients with kidney
disease. Monitoring patient's health condition before, during, and
after procedure. Educating patients and their families on kidney
disease and dialysis treatment. Maintaining detailed medical
records and reporting any significant changes in patient’s
condition to the physician. Ensuring the dialysis machine and
equipment are set up correctly and operating efficiently. Working
collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide
holistic care. Adhering to infection-control and safety policies of
the facility. Proficient in operating dialysis machines and related
equipment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability
to work effectively in a stressful environment. Detail-oriented
with strong organizational skills. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Certification in
nephrology nursing (CNN or CDN) preferred.
