Sylvania is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide exceptional,
resident-focused care in our Assisted Living community. If you’re

What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality nursing care to Assisted Living
residents with compassion and respect Safely administer medications
and treatments with accuracy Monitor resident health, document
changes, and communicate promptly with physicians and families
Collaborate with caregivers, residents, and interdisciplinary teams
to develop and follow individualized care plans Mentor and support
care staff to maintain consistent standards of quality care Foster
a safe, welcoming, and resident-first environment Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (required) CPR
certification required Experience in Assisted Living, senior care,
or long-term care preferred Strong clinical judgment, leadership,
and communication skills Compassionate, dependable, and
