in Detroit, MI. Help patients regain independence through
personalized care plans delivered right in their homes. Duties:
Deliver physical therapy services per individualized care plans
Instruct on proper use of mobility aids and therapeutic routines
Record patient responses and progress for clinical review
Participate in agency-wide development and communication Work
Hours: M-F, flexible daytime hours, 1 weekend/6 weeks, 2 rotating
holidays/year Travel: Local residential visits throughout
Williamsport and surrounding communities.
