of patients and family members a huge priority. Job Description:
The Registered Nurse Manager is responsible for the operations of
the clinical team by providing daily oversight to the clinical,
management, quality, and business activities. The CM facilitates
the management of clinical practice and patient care delivery
through problem-solving and collaboration with peers, under the
direction of the Director and the Chief Nursing Officer. Skills :
Acting with integrity, analyzing, and interpreting financial data,
computer literacy, gathering needed information, delegating, and
supporting teams, evaluating decisions/solutions, improving work
process, making effective decisions. Excellent human relations and
oral/written communications skills. Measuring customer service and
meeting customer needs. Partnering with customers/others, promoting
the mission, vision, and values. Utilizing communication channels

Requirements: Current Registered Nurse license within state of
practice. Bachelor’s degree required - Master's degree preferred.
Two (2) years of active experience as a RN in the home care One (1)
year of Nursing management experience required. Excellent
Analytical and interpersonal skills required. Knowledge of
Medicare/Medicaid home care benefits, policies, and procedures.
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
Well-organized with a patient-oriented approach. Proficiency in
computer use and knowledge of MS Office and other platforms. Valid
driver’s license and insurance. Reliable transportation to perform
job tasks.
