- CVOR Job Details: • Work 10-hour shifts from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM
with on-call requirements • 13-week assignment with ASAP start
dates preferred • Local candidates accepted at same rate •
First-time travelers welcome • Mandatory operating room nursing
experience in cardiovascular/cardiothoracic surgery, vascular
surgery, and hybrid vascular surgery required • Perform scrub
duties during surgical procedures under direct supervision of
physician and circulating registered nurse • Demonstrate clinical
competency and accountability in caring for patients across all
life stages: infants, children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics,
and dying patients • Provide care for special populations including
bariatric, pediatric, and MRDD patients • Exercise critical
thinking skills in clinical situations • Perform all procedures
consistent with approved nursing practices • Administer medications
appropriately while maintaining awareness of effects • Implement
current medical regimens ensuring patient safety • Complete
hospital-required and unit-specific competency requirements •
Demonstrate proper use of equipment and devices pertinent to
