This position is located in the Surgical Care Service Line and
will be located at the Fort Wayne campus. Qualified applicants will

Indiana Health Care System under the supervision of the Chief of
Surgery. As the Chief of the Anesthesia department, you will be
responsible and accountable for the overall leadership, policy
planning, budget, operations and performance of the service
line.
