Registered Nurse (RN) | Ambulatory Surgery Location: Mount Clemens, MI Agency: RadGov, Inc Pay: $2,400 to $2,482 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position URGENT HIRING FOR REGISTERED NURSE - OR - GENERAL Job Location: Mount Clemens, MI Job Duration: 13 weeks GTDW: 40hrs Shift: Days 5x8-Hour (07:00 AM - 03:30 PM) Description: Provide perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing general surgery procedures. Perform pre-operative assessments and ensure all required documentation, consents, and preparations are complete. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to ensure safe and efficient procedures. Circulate or scrub in general surgery cases as delegated and within scope. Maintain a sterile environment and enforce infection control and safety protocols. Manage surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies before, during, and after procedures. Monitor patient status intraoperatively, documenting vital signs, responses, and interventions. Provide post-anesthesia and post-operative care until handoff to PACU or designated unit. Respond to emergencies and assist in critical intraoperative situations. Participate in quality improvement, safety audits, and continuing education.
