Job Description:
Pomeroy Living is seeking an experienced Leasing Director to
join our innovative team. In our unique setting that combines
senior living with superior healthcare services, the Leasing
Director will play a key role in managing and overseeing the
leasing of our facilities. The successful candidate will ensure
optimal occupancy rates while maintaining our commitment to
providing residents with a warm, dignified, and homely environment.
This position demands a blend of compassion and business acumen to
meet both the well-being of our residents and the strategic
financial goals. Develop and implement leasing plans that align
with the company's financial and operational objectives. Maintain
high occupancy rates through effective marketing and leasing
strategies. Negotiate lease agreements and renewals, ensuring
compatibility with market rates and property management goals.
Coordinate with healthcare and facility management teams to ensure
that leasing arrangements meet the standards of healthcare
regulations and resident needs. Provide tours and presentations of
the facilities to potential residents and their families,
highlighting the unique features of Pomeroy Living's services and
environment. Prepare and manage the budget for the leasing
department, including forecasts and financial reports. Stay updated
on market trends and competitor strategies to adapt and innovate
leasing tactics. Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and
codes pertinent to leasing and resident rights. Strong leadership
and team management skills Excellent negotiation and communication
skills Proficiency in financial and property management software
Understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in senior
living settings Ability to empathize and communicate with the
elderly and their families Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Leasing Professional
(CLP) or similar certification is preferred. Comprehensive
knowledge of healthcare regulations and senior housing laws is
beneficial.
