Flexible Scheduling : Traditional: 4 clinic days 1 remote admin day/week Alternative: 3x12s, week-on/week-off models considered Inpatient call: 1:4 ?? Patient Mix: 50% Hematology / 50% Oncology Common Diagnoses: Breast, Lung, Colon, Prostate ??
