Network Position Overview: Blanchard Valley Urology Associates is
seeking a highly qualified, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
Urologist to join our dedicated team in a full-time capacity.
Located in Central/Northwest Ohio, our practice offers a dynamic
environment with access to advanced surgical technology, including
da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots, ensuring state-of-the-art patient
care. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop
and lead prostatectomy and cystectomy programs, collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams, and provide comprehensive urological care
to adult and pediatric patients. Key Responsibilities: Provide
expert urological evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for a
diverse patient population, including adults and pediatrics.
Perform a variety of office-based procedures such as cystoscopy,
vasectomy, bladder and prostate biopsies, stent removals, PTNS,
CMG, PNEs, and injections (Bulkamid, Botox). Conduct
robotic-assisted surgeries utilizing da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots
and other minimally invasive techniques. Develop and expand
surgical programs, including prostatectomy and cystectomy services,
supported by a team of six providers. Collaborate with a
supportive, multidisciplinary healthcare team dedicated to
delivering high-quality patient care. Engage in clinical research,
mentorship, and educational activities to foster professional
growth. Participate in scheduling, practice management, and quality
improvement initiatives. Maintain compliance with all regulatory
and institutional policies. Qualifications: Board Certification or
Board Eligibility in Urology. Valid medical license to practice in
Ohio. Proven experience or strong interest in robotic and minimally
invasive urological surgery. Excellent communication skills and a
patient-centered approach. Ability to work collaboratively within a
multidisciplinary team. Commitment to providing compassionate,
evidence-based care. What We Offer: Competitive salary ranging from
$560,000 to $650,000 based on experience and qualifications.
Incentive programs including RVU bonuses, signing bonus, and
relocation assistance. Flexible work schedule averaging 20-30
patient visits per day, with approximately 1.5–2 OR days weekly.
Light call schedule (no more than 1:3), primarily phone
