Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Toledo, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,220 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 52 Weeks Start Date: 1/10/2026 About the Position Job Title: Behavioral Healthcare Provider 1 Profession: Behavioral Healthcare Provider Specialty: Staff Augmentation Duration: 52 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Experience: Minimum Years of Experience Required License: Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor II, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, or Licensed Registered Nurse with specific qualifications. Certifications: Appropriate licensure as required Must-Have: Completion of continuing professional education for license renewal Description: Within the scope of practice, performs psychosocial interventions with clients. Performs individual, family, or group interventions such as counseling, testing, and education of the client. Develops intervention goals and objectives designed to provide education and resolve the client's functioning issues. Participates in the process of establishing, implementing, and evaluating treatment goals and objectives. Interviews clients and their families to establish case goals and objectives. Assesses clients and determines specific intervention techniques for clients while monitoring their responses to treatment. Provides feedback on the effectiveness of prescribed treatment. Evaluates lower-level behavioral healthcare provider cases and client progress resulting from prescribed treatment plans. Maintains necessary documentation to satisfy requirements of federal, state, and local agencies. Prepares data requiring social histories, admission/aftercare summaries, court documents, and completes forms required by law and departmental policy. Serves on treatment teams and program development teams. Attends training meetings, departmental meetings, and court hearings. Establishes and maintains working relationships with other facilities and support services to coordinate referrals and conduct follow-up services. Possesses knowledge of departmental regulations, policies, procedures, governmental rules and regulations, counseling methods, crisis intervention, and client care. Ability to counsel on sensitive matters, proofread technical materials, recognize errors, and take appropriate action in unusual situations. Understands abstract fields of study and can problem-solve in situations with multiple variables. Applies social work theories, principles, and techniques effectively.
