Job Description:
Location: A city located in northwest Ohio, known for its rich
history, economic growth, and vibrant community. It's a part of the
larger Toledo metropolitan area. Facility: A 161-bed non-profit
medical facility that provides a comprehensive range of medical
services. Opportunity: Seeking a dedicated Infectious Disease
Physician to join our award-winning team! 100% focus on Infectious
Disease for adult patients. Blend of inpatient (70%) and outpatient
(30%) care. Work in a hospital setting with diverse and complex
patient cases. Provide travel consultations, immunizations, and
immigration physicals. Serve a wide range of patients, with options
for outpatient IV antibiotics at home, in an infusion center, or
nursing home. Participate in a weekly onsite CME program and
additional CME/grand rounds opportunities Option to teach medical
students and advanced practice trainees. Collaborate with a full
complement of medical and surgical specialties, including
interventional radiology. Serve in a supportive and collaborative
team environment. Compensation: Base Salary: To be discussed at
interview Includes sign-on bonus, relocation bonus, and
productivity bonuses. Eligible for student loan repayment support.

Forgiveness (PSLF): Qualifying employer for loan forgiveness.
Monthly, quarterly, or annual stipend options available. Full
