board-certified Otolaryngologist to join their supportive
autonomous and flexible practice serving a thriving independent
community health system in Northwest Ohio. Job Description: The
Otolaryngologist comprehensive full-service ENT care to a wide
referral base with little competitionManage an average patient load
of 20-30 patients per day in clinicPerform surgeries in one of
three OR locations including Blanchard Valley Hospital Bluffton
Hospital and Findlay Surgery CenterUtilize advanced technology
including four da Vinci® Xi™ Surgical Robots with da Vinci® Table
MotionCollaborate with onsite comprehensive audiology team and
medical/surgical subspecialties e.g. Allergy Endocrinology
NeurosurgeryParticipate in a care team model with advanced practice
providers and hospitalist support for inpatient managementTake
backup call only while APPs cover primary callsContribute to a
collegial flexible work culture with leadership that values

Base salary range: 515000 to 800000 annually continuing beyond
