Job Description Locums – CRNA Location: Novi, Michigan Facility Type: Hospital-Based Assignment Overview - Start Date: ASAP - Assignment Type: Ongoing - Number of Providers Needed: 2 - Schedule (Nights Only): - Flexible options available: - 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shift) - 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (8-hour shift) - 24-hour shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM Clinical Responsibilities - Case Types: - Neuro - Endoscopy - Radiology - Limited Pediatrics - No Cardiac Cases - Case Volume: - 36–46 total cases/day across 2 sites - 15–20 cases per site - Supervision Model: - 4:1 supervised CRNA model - Physicians typically perform their own blocks/regional - CRNA Duties: - Independent arterial line placement - Full anesthetic management within the supervised model Licensure & Certifications - Michigan State License – Required - Preference given to providers with active license at submission - CRNA Board Certification – Required - Certifications – Required: - BLS - ACLS - PALS Candidate Requirements - Clean background required (no license actions) Compensation - Highly competitive locums pay rate – contact for details Referral Program - Generous referral bonuses available – inquire for more info Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
