Maxim Healthcare is looking for a RN to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care. The RN demonstrates the ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services. Becoming a Maxim nurse provides access to rewarding opportunities in home healthcare. Typical Shifts are 8, 10, or 12 hours, primarily on 1st and 3rd shifts (mornings and overnights) but mid shifts are available. Flexibility in scheduling - work as much or as little as you like! Prominent cases will include gastrostomy tube (G-Tube), tracheostomy (trach) tube, and/or mechanical ventilator.Description 1 on 1 Private Duty Nursing in a Home Setting Flexible Schedules Pediatric, trach, and vent training offered Weekly Pay Health, dental, vison, life insurance, and 401(k) savings plan Award and recognition programsResponsibilitiesUtilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patients condition.Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.QualificationsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state in which the Registered Nurse (RN) practices.Current BLS certificationProvide negative TB testOpen to novice nursesAbout Maxim Healthcare ServicesMaxim Healthcare Services has been making a difference in the lives of our patients, caregivers, employees and communities for more than 30 years.
