Job Description:*$15,000 Sign-On Bonus Eligible for Full-Time Night-Shift RN position**Candidates must be External and have at least 1 year of Registered Nurse experience to be eligible for the Sign-on Bonus. Sign-On Bonus requires a 2 yr commitment to the Organization.Tiered Model OverviewProMedica is implementing a new tiered-model structure for full-time, part-time, and per-diem nurses. The new resource pool model provides ProMedicas nurses more flexible work options, encourages staff development, enhances patient care, and addresses unfulfilled staffing needs within the hospitals.Depending on the Tier, the Registered Nurse is expected to float within one or all of the hospitals included in the Resource Pool. They will provide nursing care to individuals and groups which requires specialized knowledge, judgment, and skill derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, spiritual/cultural, and nursing sciences. The Registered Nurse functions within the full scope of nursing practice as noted by the Board of Nursing of their designated state for which they are practicing in addition to compliance with any of the hospitals accrediting bodies.For Tier II of our Internal Resource Pool available hospitals include:The Toledo Hospital in Toledo, OHFlower Hospital in Sylvania, OHDon't see a specific location listed? At least 1 hour of contact hours must be related to Chapter 4723 of the Ohio nurse practice code and rules.Years of Experience: 1 year as an Acute Care RNLicense: Current State license as a Registered Nurse.Certification: Current CPR training.
