- -Wood County Hospital is currently accepting applications for a Employee Health Nurse. The nurse will provide personal care and professional excellence by planning the employee health program and overseeing the delivery of basic employee health services. -Hours: Full Time 0730am-430pmJob Duties:

• Responsible for all -pre-employment testing/screening including drug and vision screens, and vaccination processes for all new hires and contract workers
• Maintains Fit Testing program for employees per OSHA guidelines
• Will manage and follow up care for post exposure and employee illnesses
• Coordinates and manages the employee flu vaccine campaign annually and reports vaccinations numbers as appropriate.
• In collaboration with interdisciplinary teams will initiate and participate -in quality improvement, EOCC meetings, policy and procedure development, onboarding of new hires, and providing health education to employees upon request or as needed.
• Participates in preventative screening programs (TB Testing, influenza, hepatitis B, MMR, varicella, and other appropriate immunizations) and surveillance programs designed to identify and monitor risks to the employee's health. -Job Requirements:
  • Graduate from accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure with Ohio Board of Nursing. -Preferred -- BSN, CAOHC Certification, 1 year experience in Occupational Health, Critical Care, or Emergency Medicine.Benefit Summary:Join our team, and you'll have access to a -cutting-edge facility with state-of-the-art -technology.
