Genacross Napoleon Campus - SIGN-ON BONUS of -$6,000 for Full-time and $3,000 for Part-time -
ACCOUNTABILITY INCENTIVE $3/hour for Full-time and $1.50/hour for Part-time
PICK-UP INCENTIVE of $6/hour
Genacross Lutheran Services is currently hiring STNA's to join our Health Center team. This position has full-time,12-hour day or night shifts available. -You only need to work 3 days per week to achieve full time status! -Nurse Aides in our facility provide quality personal care to ensure residents are comfortable and are provided with the highest quality of care. Primary Responsibilities:

Provide quality personal care to ensure that residents are comfortable and and are provided with the highest quality of care.
Complete administrative requirements to ensure that proper documentation is maintained for residents.
Assists the residents during admissions, transfer, and discharge process.
Follow care plan functions to meet the specific needs of each resident. Focus on resident's individualized needs and encourage resident's ability to make personal choices.
Reports allegations of abuse/neglect and reports, as appropriate, to proper organization leadership.
Reports hazardous incidents, including but not limited to, injuries, equipment, etc. to the appropriate Manager/Supervisor.
Accepts direction of charge nurse in relation to direct resident care.
Assumes additional duties and responsibilities as determined by the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications:

Current State Tested Nursing Assistant.
can be a Certified Nursing Assistant and willing to take the State Test at a later date.
Familiarity with basic computer skills. Ability to learn new software applications as required by the position.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Great interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
