They will help perform and systematically document patient findings, utilizing all available information, reporting to the provider/RN the information that is gathered. They will help anticipate changes in the patients condition and perform additional monitoring as needed. -

• Must be a graduate of a recognized professional school of practical nursing
• Must be licensed in the State of Ohio to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse - -
• (2) Two - (3) three -years of experience in a physician office or acute care setting preferred
