Thank you for considering a career at Mercy HealthPerforms purchasing functions (pmm) for maintenance and project planning (construction) departments. Provides support in AIMS for organizing PM and also work orders. Process invoices from various entities for monthly contracts and services. Central source for parts pricing and ordering. Track costs using Iviewer and other means.Essential Job Functions* Manages all purchasing functions and inventory for stock and non-stock items. This includes facilities maintenance . manages all returns of incorrect and damaged items received. Issues PO's for the facility* Gathers all necessary information for parts and materials for ordering. Conducts ordering functions and provides coding for accurate tracking.* Manages and reports all yearly inventories of parts specific to St. Vincent.* AIMS administrator: assist in the management of the AIMS system. Provides updates to the data base, organizes equipment within the data base. Prints reports to support maintenance and safety departments to assure all preventative maintenance items are being recorded.
