Do you have a proven track record in plastic injection molding and supply chain management? If the answer is yes, then you might be the ideal candidate for our Vice President of Operations position. As the Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for all manufacturing and operational activities within our organization. This executive role will require you to demonstrate your proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, QMS, ERP, and Safety Leadership. You will be at the forefront of our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the seamless execution of our manufacturing processes.Responsibilities:1. Lead and manage all operational activities within the manufacturing department, ensuring the effective and efficient execution of production plans.2. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.3. Oversee the plastic injection molding process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and optimization of procedures.4. Implement and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.5. Provide safety leadership, ensuring the health and safety of all employees and compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.6. Oversee supply chain management, ensuring smooth and cost-effective operations.7. Collaborate with other department leaders to align strategies and achieve company objectives.8. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and profitability.9. Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends and advancements, implementing necessary changes to stay competitive.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior operations role within the manufacturing industry.3. Proven experience with plastic injection molding processes.4. Extensive knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, QMS, and ERP systems.5. Demonstrated safety leadership and adherence to safety regulations and standards.6. Experience in supply chain management and strategic planning.7. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.10.
