As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care in a safe and comfortable environment.Responsibilities:Provide leadership and direction to our nursing home staffFocused on the futureEnsure compliance with all state and federal regulationsManage budgets and financial performance of the facilityOversee the hiring and training of staffDevelop and implement policies and procedures to improve resident careCommunicate effectively with residents, families, and staffFoster a positive and collaborative work environmentRequirements:An unencumbered LNHA license that is active in the state of OhioBachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Nursing Home AdministratorStrong leadership and communication skillsKnowledge of state and federal regulations related to nursing homesAbility to manage budgets and financial performanceA Servant LeaderValues diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging of all staff, residents, families and guestsPassion for improving the lives of older adults and a commitment to quality careThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nursing Home Administrator who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role as a future leader in our organization.
