Purpose of the position
---To provide industry leading product sales support for our Hiab
Cranes Product line.
---To support our best in class customer experience by delivering
differentiated options and solutions, with
market leading offerings supporting our customers &
organization.
---To support our sales and service Hiab Cranes product strategy in
order to deliver profitable growth and
performance across the product lifecycle.
Main tasks and responsibilities
---Drive and support sales, growth and profitability for defined
market and products in line with budget and
strategy, supporting local and global Product Management.
---Key Point of contact for the Hiab Cranes Sales and sales process
staff.
---Provide Technical Support to our customers and organization.
---Lead and execute customer requirements for product
documentation, warranty and training
---Understand the market situation (adapt current offering to local
markets)
---Report on market intelligence: trends/needs, product performance
& competitive offering
---Report on customer intelligence
---Handle local product related questions
---Support the launching of new products and options/features
---Organize / give product training on area level
---Fast reactions to customer requests and demands
---Identify focus segments supporting local sales strategy
---Participate in product councils and give input to PLC and NPD
work
---Deliver customer feedback and insights to services
---Participate in sales planning and business reviews with
sales
---Support local and global Product managers in cost analysis (cost
development, fixed costs vs direct costs, FL
vs BL vs MAU, inflation,)
---Administration of product data in configurator and sales
tools
---Regular Travel Required
KPIs:
---Growth in sales
---GM
---Market share growth by segment / region
---NPD sales in the last 3 years (% of total sales)
---Price/Margin improvements
---All product data up to date in sales tools/configurator
What you'll need to succeed
Education:
---Technical and/or Business Degree
Experience:
---5 years in similar role, or
---5 years technical sales experience, or
---5 years engineering experience
Competencies:
---Good technical understanding of product & application
---Strong Commercial, strategic and Influencing skills
---Strong communication skills
---Cross functional collaboration skills
