We are inviting you to apply for Assistant Food and Beverage Director. In this position, you will assist the Food and Beverage Director with providing a safe, effective, efficient, organized, quality oriented and profitable restaurant and food and beverage operation. You'll assist in planning, organizing, executing, training and leadership, necessary to achieve objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, sanitation and safety of all food and beverage venues.

We do require that you have a background, consisting of: four years extensive managerial and supervisory experience in restaurant, bar, banquet and kitchen management within a large hotel and/or resort environment. Minimum 3 years of experience as a general manager or food and beverage director within a restaurant or food and beverage venue.
