Style Crest, Inc. has been a national supplier of an extensive product offering for manufactured and residential site built homes for over 50 years! As we continue to grow and expand our national presence, we are looking for an experienced IT leader to join our growing team as our IT Director.As IT Director, you will primarily be responsible for planning, management, design, delivery, maintenance, and support of the back office ERP and its related systems. This position is also involved in the cloud operations, networking, telecommunications, and helpdesk as well as procurement functions for the IT group. The position reports to the CFO and assists in managing a team of 5 to 6 internal team members and varying amounts of external vendor partners in the delivery of the services.Experience in ERP implementations and working in an Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service, Order to Cash environment is required.Key ResponsibilitiesIT Services & OperationsDeliver stable operations to support the Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service functions across the United States.Lead ERP application development, support, implementation and functional work teams for Operations, Warehouse, Order Entry, Customer Service, Purchasing, Accounting, Manufacturing, and other business units to deliver a quality customer experience.Provide a service-oriented, customer-focused support function that responds to issues with urgency, quality and streamlined results.Assist IT operations and development group to deliver quality customer driven results.Document standard operating procedures.Manage third party partners as an effective extension of the team.Perform problem tracking post-mortems, and action item follow-up.Solutions Delivery & Project ManagementAlign the requirements and solutions with key business influencers.Solution new projects in a way that builds on existing process but leaves opportunity for expansion as the business grows.Champion system updates to continuously improve and evolve the solution functionality.Assess and recommend IT operation improvements.Review and help negotiate all ERP project related external vendor and supplier contracts.Leadership & ManagementResearch, recommend, and implements strategies and cloud solutions related to ERP.Manage a team in the delivery of the ERP solution and related applications, balancing business need with individual growth.Be an effective communicator and forge strong day-to-day working relationships.Build strong technology vendor partnerships and be able to manage multiple vendor relationships to ensure the best performance and financial return.Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the department.RequirementsPosition QualificationsExperience in ERP implementations and working in an Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service, Order to Cash environment is requiredEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field, or equivalent work experience.Experience:Minimum 5 years in management or leadership of Application development teams or equivalent work experience.Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing and distribution industries.Minimum 3 years' experience in delivering strategic projects collaborating with business partners, fellow business process analysts and other IT team members to understand requirements and develop solutions that are well architected, stable, reliable, and cost effective.Minimum 3 years' experience in the IT operations area, networking, telecommunications and helpdesk.Additional Skills and Experience:Experience managing multiple ERP project team implementations is required. Strong knowledge of business processes and operations across the enterprise, especially in manufacturing, supply chain planning and execution, sales and marketing, and distribution.Advanced project/program management experience is required.Self-driven, team-oriented, fast learning, organized, disciplined, professional, goal oriented individual with positive attitude.Builds and maintain strong relationships; works cross-functionally in teams; proactively manages stakeholder expectations; sought out as a trusted advisor.
