The Enterprise Systems and Infrastructure organization is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Change Manager across a variety of technology initiatives. This position is responsible for managing organizational change and driving adoption for technology initiatives across Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, and Enterprise Systems. The candidate will partner with project and technical teams to understand technology initiatives, assess how changes will impact the enterprise, and design programs to ensure organizational change readiness. The candidate will also partner with leaders and users across the business to increase technology awareness and drive continuous improvement. This position requires a blend of communication, analytical, and organizational skills to complement an interest in emerging end-user technology.


Manage organizational change across the lifecycle of IT Project efforts in Enterprise Systems and Infrastructure organization
Focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, tools, and technology
Create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance
Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
Work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees
Conduct impact assessments on technology initiatives to evaluate the degree and complexity of the change on users
Develop stakeholder engagement plans to identify, understand needs, and leverage their influence to improve adoption
Build communication plans and partner with other resources to design and execute
Identify points of business confusion and devise educational program to resolve
Design job aids, end user guides, and quick reference materials
Facilitate business workshops for technology education and collaborative solution design
Solicit business requirements and communicate them to technical teams
Serve as an early adopter for technology to understand and assess business use cases and value
Coordinate pilot efforts to validate organizational change management plans
Identify, implement and report on key user engagement and success metrics and monitor change progress
Establish and maintain relationships with leaders and other stakeholders in IT and the business
Facilitate a structured cadence of meetings with leaders in the business and IT to advocate for technology changes
Represent the Organization and be a strong, vocal customer/user advocate
Be an agent for change

Basic Qualifications

4 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
5+ years of project, program, or business analysis experience, including a minimum of 1 year of experience with change management
Strong process orientation and a solid understanding of organizational change management principles, methodologies, tools and best practices
Experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

Self-motivated with the ability to exercise independent judgment with minimal direction from senior management
Ability to coordinate activities within cross-divisional and cross-functional teams
Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and assignments
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; in particular, demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally
Excellent active listening skills
Well-honed influencing skills; ability to negotiate and gain consensus between organizations where competing priorities exist
Candidate must have demonstrated and be prepared to exhibit extensive initiative and ownership of project success
Ability to analyze complex situations, set goals and objectives, and manage situations to satisfactory completion
Able to break-down ambiguous or complex tools and/or processes into understandable or manageable chunks to drive user adoption and satisfaction
Collaborative and flexible, able to draw together and work with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
Strong customer service and analytical skills required
Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
Must have a passion for championing customer experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Products & technologies is a plus
Prosci or other change management certification or designation is desired
