Job Description Schaeffler Group Tool Production Technician Your Key Responsibilities Technologist - Tooling - Stamping Department Execute the production of tooling components at the project level, collaborate with Tool Design, utilize QCD-optimized processes, support EnHS initiatives, and engage in cross-functional training and knowledge sharing. Execute the manufacturing of components for production tools on project level. Participate internally with Tool Design for the manufacturing of tooling solutions. Utilize QCD optimized manufacturing process for parts and assemblies. Ensure the proactive support for topics related to EnHS. Participate in inter-functional knowledge sharing and training programs. Improves production technologies in terms of quality, cost and robustness. Validates machines, tools and processes. Your Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent and Machinist Journeyman certification preferred; or apprenticeship . Min of 5 years of experience within a stamping environment. Knowledge of manufacturing processes; best practices; Ability to work within a fast paced environment. We look forward to your application.
