quality and drive meaningful improvement? APEX is seeking a
motivated and hardworking Quality Manager who will play a key role
in strengthening our Quality Management System. APEX Placement and
Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Macomb, MI
looking for a Quality Manager to support their team. In this role,
you are responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality
Management System while driving continuous improvement initiatives
and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective production
monitoring.—all while delivering exceptional service in a

for you: 8am to 4pm Competitive hourly rate at $90k-$110k depending

vacation/holiday What your day will look like: Oversee and support
all quality-related activities across ongoing production Build,
develop, and lead a strong quality team across all shifts Drive
improvements that strengthen and stabilize manufacturing processes
Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management
System Lead and support internal and external audit activities
Create and execute a long-term strategy for the quality function
Support APQP, PPAP, and product launch activities to ensure a
successful start of production Lead corrective action efforts
related to customer concerns, audits, internal findings, and other
quality issues Manage scrap, nonconforming material, and hold
processes What we are looking for: Successfully complete all
pre-employment requirements, including background and drug
screening Communicate clearly and effectively with team members at
all levels Strong working knowledge of ISO and IATF quality
standards Demonstrated ability to identify issues, analyze root
causes, and implement effective solutions Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination
of education and experience 5–10 years of relevant quality or
manufacturing experience Prior experience in high-volume automotive
or manufacturing environments preferred At least five years of
experience leading or managing quality teams preferred At Apex, we
