Job Description:
U.S. Tsubaki, a leader in power transmission and motion control
products, seeks a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our
innovative team. In this role, you will contribute to the design
and development of our top-of-the-line roller chains, engineering
class chains, and sprockets. This position offers the unique
opportunity to work in a dynamic, technically challenging
environment while developing products that drive industries
worldwide. Design and analyze mechanical components and systems for
new and existing products Collaborate with cross-functional teams
to integrate design concepts Create detailed mechanical drawings
and specifications using CAD software Conduct experimental tests
and evaluate theoretical designs Assist in troubleshooting and
resolving mechanical issues during manufacturing Participate in
quality assurance, ensuring compliance with industry standards
Manage project timelines and documentation in accordance with
engineering principles and safety regulations Proficient in CAD
software, ideally SolidWorks or AutoCAD Strong understanding of
mechanical systems and manufacturing processes Excellent
problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work
effectively in team-based settings Strong written and verbal
communication skills Knowledge of material properties and hardware

Insurance 401k Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE) license
Certification in Project Management (PMP) can be advantageous
