MECHANICAL ENGINEER, PE (HVAC & PLUMBING DESIGN)
Multi-discipline engineering firm specializing in the design of Commercial and Industrial buildings seeking a mechanical engineer.

Qualified candidates should possess a BSME or Associate Engineering Technologies degree from an ABET-accredited institution, with experience in building systems design including: HVAC ductwork & piping, energy recovery, controls systems, energy modeling, etc. AutoCAD experience is a plus; 3D (BIM) or Revit experience is strongly preferred.

Mechanical Engineer Desired Skills & Experience:
--- --- 10 years of Mechanical Design experience with building load calculations, utility sizing, equipment selection, psychometrics, etc.
--- --- Experience in, educational, commercial, and industrial facilities.
--- --- Familiar with building codes and National Mechanical Code.
--- --- LEED Certified and/or sustainable design project experience is a plus.
--- --- Ability to manage and prioritize mechanical projects of various complexity Levels.
--- --- Ability to effectively develop, grow, and enhance client relationships.
--- --- Ability to manage and lead mechanical staff at various levels.

Mechanical Engineer Requirements:
--- --- 10 years experience
--- --- Valid driver's license
--- --- Ability to travel for on-site investigation (up to 15%)
--- --- BS in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology
--- --- Professional Engineering License (PE)
--- --- Versed in State, Federal and local Codes.
--- --- Proficient with Revit or other BIM software
