Title: Product Development EngineerSummary: One of the largest global packaging companies is looking for an innovative, teamwork-driven individual to join their Product Development team. As a Product Development Engineer, you would be responsible for the execution of 5-10 projects at a time, managing the Product Development life cycle from start to finish. The optimal candidate for this position has experience in closure manufacturing and rigid packaging experience. The Product Development Engineer would be responsible for---

Lead the development of new products from start to finish
Lead technical communications with customers/clients
Support customers, manufacturing, and quality as the technical expert on product maintenance
Ensure the product design meets cost targets, maintains budget
Coordinate Technical Development PlanThe Product Development Engineer should have the following qualifications---
- Product development experience
- Injection Molding experience
- Beverage Industry experience
- Packaging/Engineering degree
- Experience with product development for closures STRONGLY preferredBenefits/Perks
  - 3% bonus paid twice per year

  - Ability to work remotelyThis role will require about 30% travel.
