Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the
2026/2027 school year, located in Paulding, Ohio. This role offers
travel opportunities within the school setting, ideal for
professionals seeking variety and the chance to work in different
educational environments. Key Responsibilities: Provide evaluation
and therapy services to students with speech and language
disorders. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare
professionals to develop and implement individualized education
plans (IEPs). Monitor student progress and adjust intervention
plans as needed. Maintain accurate records and documentation in
compliance with school and state regulations. Participate in team
meetings and contribute to a positive school environment. Desired
Qualifications and Experience: Valid Certificate of Clinical
Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working
as an SLP in schools and healthcare settings, with a focus on
pediatrics. Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or
equivalent experience. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills to effectively engage with students, families, and staff.
Ability to travel as required to multiple school locations.
Location: Position based in Paulding, Ohio, with travel to schools
