educational institution in Warren, MI is seeking a dedicated
Paraprofessional to support student learning and classroom
activities throughout the current school year (CSY). This contract
position offers an opportunity to assist teachers in delivering
quality education while fostering a positive and inclusive learning
environment for students across all grade levels. Key
Responsibilities: - Provide instructional support to classroom
teachers by assisting with lesson preparation and classroom
management. - Work directly with students individually or in small
groups to reinforce skills and support diverse learning needs. -
Assist with supervision of students during classroom activities,
lunch, recess, and transitions. - Help maintain student records and
contribute to progress monitoring. - Collaborate with teachers and
school staff to adapt learning materials and strategies to address
student needs. - Support the social and emotional growth of
students by promoting positive behavior and inclusivity. Desired
Skills and Qualifications: - Experience working with children or
students in a K-12 educational setting. - Strong communication
skills and the ability to work effectively with teachers, students,
and parents. - Patience, flexibility, and a collaborative approach
