Job Description:
PediaStaff, a leader in pediatric and school-based therapy
staffing, is looking for a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial
for assisting students with communication disorders in educational

treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders of school-aged
children, providing tailored interventions in a supportive setting.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to
implement comprehensive educational plans tailored to the
individual needs of each student. Develop treatment plans that are
child-centric, taking into account the educational setting and
collaboration with educational staff. Maintain accurate records and
documentation on assessments, treatments, progress, and other
reports as necessary. Educate teachers and parents on speech and
language topics that can aid in the classroom setting and beyond.
Regularly participate in professional development courses and
remain current with industry trends and best practices. Strong
understanding of speech-language pathology principles, practices,
and tools used in school settings. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills, capable of working effectively with students,
parents, and educational staff. Ability to create and implement
innovative and engaging therapeutic interventions. Professionalism
and ethical conduct in handling confidential information.
Proficient in using technology for therapy, documentation, and
communication. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
401k Must have a valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
(CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
(ASHA).
