hands-on prototyping, advanced CAD modeling, and documentation to

relocation benefit package to assist with your move. Highlights of
your role: Lead the development and design of moderately complex
components and products, ensuring alignment with performance, fit,
form, and function requirements. Define key design parameters,
tolerances, and test methods to validate concepts and meet product
standards. Oversee prototyping activities using shop tools, 3D
printing, and other techniques to evaluate feasibility and refine
designs. Lead and review CAD modeling and drawing creation,
ensuring alignment to standards and clear communication of design
intent. Manage documentation workflows using Electronic Change
Notice software and maintain technical specifications for key
collaborators. Mentor team members on design guidelines and
contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You're a good fit
if you have (or if you can): 5 years of experience in product
design and development Associate degree or equivalent experience in
design is preferred Advanced proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling
software (Inventor preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite Experience
collaborating with external suppliers to achieve design goals
Proven record of success on complex product development and
improvement projects Also want to make sure you have: The ability
to mentor others and foster collaboration across teams. A proactive
approach to problem-solving and continuous learning. Familiarity
with document control systems and engineering change processes. We
