Title: Business Analyst II (UI/UX design) Work Location: Brighton, MI 48116 Duration: 5 Months Job Type: Contract Work Type: Hybrid(2-3 times per month)Pay Rate: $42-$42/hr. Overview:TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the USA and many other countries in the world. Our client is a health insurance company. It offers different types of health care coverage plans that include individual and family, dental and vision, plans for employers, etc. ENGAGEMENT DESCRIPTION:

• Works closely with stakeholders to analyze and understand business problems and opportunities.
• Develops business requirements and continuously evaluates processes to ensure IT solutions support and align with business initiatives.
• Develops the documentation for existing and proposed business processes and functional specifications to ensure IT solutions support and align with business initiatives. Top 3 Required Skills/Experience
  • Proven analytical ability related to analysis of functional business processes is a must.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, proven organization and attention to detail are required
  • 3 years of Business Analyst experience Required Skills/Experience - The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and drive initiatives through consensus-building
    • Ability to learn and understand new concepts (both business and technical) in a short timeframe and apply that knowledge to help achieve business objectives
    • Strong technology skills with a good understanding of PC based applications, including MS Office Professional and Internet based applications.
    • Demonstrated proficiency with Visio and FIGMA or similar tools
    • Experience with UI/UX design Preferred Skills/Experience - Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
      • Agile development experience
      • Experience with JIRA
      • UI/UX design experience Education/Certifications - Include:
        • BS degree preferred
