Daily Responsibilities: Oversee daily office procedures Manage and maintain staffing Manage patient scheduling and appointments Oversee insurance billing, claims, and verification Manage accounts receivable Coordinate treatment planning and file management Provide excellent patient care and support Required Skills: Experience in management of a dental practice Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Experience with insurance billing and claims processing Strong organizational and administrative skills Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls and patient inquiries Ability to handle employee and patient issues Previous experience in collections and dental billing Salary and Benefits: We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) options, flexible schedules, holiday pay, and paid time off.
