Job Description:

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the Bookkeeping team provides exceptional service for clients
Lead training and coaching sessions for team members
Meet month-end service delivery deadlines and guide clients through onboarding

Required Qualifications

3+ years of U.S. bookkeeping/accounting experience
In-depth knowledge of SMB accounting methods and processes
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
1+ years of experience leading or mentoring others
Strong expertise in troubleshooting bookkeeping and tax-related questions
