OVERVIEWThe Senior FP&A Analyst will have the responsibility
for providing Senior Leadership timely financial and operational
analysis to enable timely business decisions. The successful
candidate will be someone who is intellectually driven,
hardworking, organized, and detail oriented but also has the
ability to look at the big picture. This individual knows how the
business works and is aware of how strategies and tactics within
the marketplace work. They should be comfortable using rigorous
logic and methods to solve difficult problems with a focus on
continuous improvement. This role will have significant exposure to
senior level management. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate the financial planning process at the department
level, inclusive of budgets, re-forecasts and capital
planning.
- Understand and analyze the business financials results vs. the
plan and be able to clearly articulate themes and performance
drivers
- Key contributor in the preparation of the annual budget and
quarterly forecasts. Owner of various financial models and tools;
accountable for consistency and accuracy
- Involvement in long range strategic planning process, including
data collection and consolidation process
- Prepare comments, charts and slides to be used in the Monthly
Operating Review meetings with the Executive Leadership Team.
- Develop and implement FP&A best practices to provide
meaningful insights to management in ever-changing market
conditions
- Assist with creation of Board of Directors presentation
materials
- Key FP&A contact and business partner for various functions
throughout the organization
- Provide support with external reporting functions (MD&A,
Investor Relation documents)
- Develop ad hoc analysis, business cases, KPIs, financial
standards for management reporting and other responsibilities as
assigned
- Lead, influence and empower the organization to fulfill our

long-term success REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in Accounting or
Finance
- CPA, CMA, MBA and/or advanced degree, preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
- 2-4 years prior FP&A experience, preferred
- Manufacturing industry background preferred
- Strong organizational, problem solving/analytical skills and
attention to detail
- Ability to build effective relationships across business and
functions in a matrix organization
- Proven financial skills in planning, forecasting, and analysis;
understand complex financial transactions
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills, with
the ability to interact with all levels management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (including advanced
knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint), and the use of information
systems
- Ability to learn/manipulate systems quickly
- Perform well under pressure, manage multiple assignments and
able to prioritize tasks
- Self-motivated will follow up and take ownership of all
outstanding issues on a timely basis
