Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Corporate Controller to work in the Toledo, OH area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.Responsibilities:* Oversee financial management of payroll, benefits, 401K, and bonus programs* Manage timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial accounting results and related financial reporting through the close and consolidation process. She or He will also be responsible for the company's compliance filings* Develop and implement credit approval process and oversee cash management* Develop, maintain, and enforce technical accounting policies and procedures in accordance with US GAAP and DCAA.* Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures and apply good business practice* Oversee compliance and filings for all areas of tax, including corporate income and sales tax* Assist in the interactions with investors in addressing their requirements* Evaluate and implement systems to further automate processes for efficiencies and effectiveness while enhancing internal controls.* Provide well-supported and documented interpretation of GAAP literature, identify relevant changes in accounting guidance and monitor processes for compliance with accounting literature* Recommend accounting treatment for complex transactions (e.g. revenue and expense recognition, stock-based compensation, M&A, collaboration transactions)* Lead the relationship with our independent auditors and manage the annual audit process.Qualifications:* CPA and experience preparing consolidated financial statements for private company reporting* BA/BS minimum education from an accredited four-year college* 7+ years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility* Demonstrated knowledge and ability in researching and documenting new accounting guidance and the accounting treatment of complex issues* Attention to detail and highly organized with ability to proactively identify and solve problems* Ability to work with minimal supervision while still being a reliable team player, and exhibiting unquestionable integrity good independent judgment* A high-growth, innovative and values-driven individual with an enthusiastic attitude
